How to apply for Pubjab Socio Economic registry?
After registering, you can apply for the PSER program by following these steps:
1. Click on **New Application** to start the process.
2. A declaration notice will appear, asking you to confirm that all information provided is accurate.
3. Begin by entering the name of the head of the family and their CNIC number.
4. Next, fill in the basic details, such as gender and date of birth.
Family Head Information: In this step, the family head information has to be entered first, after that the data of other family members will be entered as per NADRA.
After entering the head information, click on Save & Next button.
Basic Information: In this step you have to enter your gender, date of birth and current age.
Health Status: If you have a disability or chronic disease, select “Yes” to see a list of options. you can choose from the following: upper limb disability, lower limb disability, mental disability, speech disability, hearing disability, or visual disability.
If you don’t have any type of disability then click on the option of “NO” and then click on Save button.
Education Status: In this step you have to give your educational status, This stage asks whether you can understand any simple words in a any language and whether And what is the highest degree you have completed.
Employment Status: These questions seek detailed information about your employment and financial status over the past month. They aim to determine whether you were employed, the type of work you were engaged in, and the nature of your main occupation. Additionally, they ask for details about your employer or the organization you worked for, your average monthly income from this work in Pakistani rupees, and how often you receive this income, and the questions inquire if you have a bank account.
Fill out the form with your information up to this point and click on the “Save” button.
Family Members: If you want to register any of your family members at this stage, you can click on “Add Members” to enter new records. If you do not wish to enter more data, click on the “Next” button.
Current Address: At this stage requesting detailed information about your current address to ensure accurate data entry. You need to specify your current location by providing the division, district, tehsil, union council, and village or location name. Additionally, you should enter your postal address and indicate whether your area is urban or rural. You will also need to provide the name of your post office. Finally, the site asks if your permanent address is the same as your current address, allowing you to confirm or indicate that they are different. This information helps in verifying your address and ensuring correct record-keeping.
Contact information: In this stage, you need to provide your mobile number and specify your mobile network, such as Jazz, Ufone, Zong or Telenor.
Assets Information: This section collects details about the household’s living conditions and assets. It asks if the family owns the house and the materials used for the walls and roof. It also inquires about the type of house structure and the number of rooms used for sleeping. The questions cover the type of cooking fuel and toilet facility used, as well as the main source of drinking water. Additionally, it checks if the home has electricity, gas, and landline connections, and whether the family owns livestock, agricultural land, or specific household items like appliances and vehicles.
Agriculture Information: The question asks about your family’s involvement in farming. It aims to find out if you are currently engaged in agriculture, such as growing crops or raising animals, and what kind of agricultural activities you are involved in. This helps understand your family’s connection to farming and agricultural work. Fill out the form with your information up to this point and click on the “Save & Next” button.
Miscellaneous: These questions aim to gather information about specific aspects of your family’s recent experiences and access to resources. If you or any family member has received financial assistance from government programs in the past three years. and inquire about any infant deaths or stillbirths within the last 12 months to understand recent health challenges, and check if your family has access to a mobile phone and internet connectivity, which provides insight into communication and information access.
Finally, seeks to determine if your family has been affected by natural disasters in the past five years, highlighting any significant external impacts on your household. Fill out the form with your information up to this point and click on the “Save & Next” button.
Review all information: After completing all the sections of the PSER form, review it to ensure that you have not made any mistakes. If you find any errors in the form, correct them and then submit it.
